A simple yet different, healthy breakfast

Lately I've been making my own dairy free "milk" by just blending a banana with some filtered water! If I have dairy I have to constantly clear my throat all day and people always ask me if I have a cold. So I just respond "No, this is just my beautiful voice."

Today I simply sprinkled some Kapai Puku Tribal Blend on top of my blended banana which is a seed mix including cocoa nibs (for antioxidants) and wattleseed (for coffee flavour). It was very yummy and good for me too.

I have been seeing this company's seed mix in various health food shops and I was curious about this blend of raw ingredients that helps people go back to basics. Then I came across their stall at the mind, body, spirit festival and they had free samples of it sprinkled over Coyo's coconut milk yoghurt! That tasted beautiful and there was no dairy, even better!

So that was my first experiment with "The Seed of Life" (as the packet says), I've already got some other ideas to try next.
